Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court with motivating music and open to people of all ages and abilities, Members and Non-Members.

What is a typical session like?

Your trained Cardio Tennis instructor will lead you through a 60 minute session consisting of a short warm up and cool down either side of a 40 minute full body workout involving fun and high intensity drills and team games.

Cardio Tennis Courses - run in line with local school terms unless high demand during the holiday periods:

Monday: 09:30-10.30
Wednesday: 09:30-10.30
Friday: 09:30-10.30
Friday: 14:00-15:00
Saturday: 10:00-11:00

Members & Non-Members: £6 Pay & Play (£7 from October to March, as in the domes)
